We need your Help!

We would like to invite anyone who wants to help make a difference in their mountain bike community.  Without volunteers we would not have the trails we love to ride.

BE MINDFUL

BE PRAPARED

  1. Check for ticks
  2. Watch out for snakes of all kinds.
  3. Be respectful and aware of wildlife nearby.
  4. You will encounter riders sometimes, let them pass and wish them a good ride.
  5. What you take in must come out.  Please leave nothing behind.
  6. Stay in groups or at least with one other person at all times.
  7. Don't hesitate to ask before you do something to the trails.  We want to have minimal impact, maximum fun.
  8. Come out and do what you can.  Don't push yourself too hard.
  9. Watch out when you are pruning, using power tools, and other trail maintenance activity for possible ways to get injured and avoid them.  If you do not feel safe doing something don't do it.
  10. You are welcome to come and go on your own time.  All that we ask is that the trail boss knows if you leave early

HAVE FUN

HAVE FUN

We are all volunteers and at the end of the day this is our passion.  Have fun in the wilderness, and relish in the thought that you helped your fellow riders have trails they can enjoy.  Encourage one another and work as a team.  Invite others to come and join us.    If you come out and realize that trail work is not for you, there are other ways you can help strengthen the community.  Please contact us with any questions, comments, concerns, ideas.  Let your voice be heard.  But trail work is hard work, and we want our trail crews to feel appreciated.

Be sure to report your hours on the RRMBA Facebook page or in the contact us section on the website!
